Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 – Review

CLR

CLR or Common Language Runtime is the application virtual machine that supports its services including management, memory, exception handling, and security. As such, the code written in .NET Framework 3.5 is termed “managed code”.

FCL

FCL or Frame Class Library provides a user interface, cryptography, data access, web application development, database connectivity, cryptography, network communications, and numeric algorithms.
